MINN, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible across India. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details through email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

We currently offer free shipping across India on eligible orders. In certain cases, shipping charges may apply depending on offers, location, or order value, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate. MINN will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. MINN is not liable for courier-related delays once the order has been shipped.
